Management Accountant (French Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant with strong French language skills to join a long‑standing manufacturing company in Dublin 2. The role is permanent and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home while enjoying flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and support business units with cost and budget planning.
• Partner with various departments to analyse costs, set standard costs and achieve bill‑of‑materials targets.
• Prepare forecasts, trend analyses and provide insights to the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership Team.
• Deliver month‑end variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist with additional costing, reporting and budgeting activities as required.

Required profile

• Experienced Management Accountant with a background in manufacturing.
• Fully Qualified or Qualified by Experience.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2 three days per week.
• Proficient French language skills.

• Salary range €60,000 – €65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
