Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape AI models that simulate real‑world organizational behavior and decision‑making. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you work on your own schedule while influencing cutting‑edge AI training.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used for model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structures.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI handling of managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Ability to assess decision‑making quality and analyze complex trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and evaluating written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
