Manager, Statutory Controller Europe

About the role

The Finance Hub at The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Statutory Controller for Europe. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Europe Statutory Reporting, you will lead audit processes for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end audit process for European entities, aligning timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with external auditors to resolve issues and ensure timely audit completion.
• Monitor audit schedules to meet legal and regulatory deadlines, escalating when necessary.
• Stay current on statutory reporting rules applicable to assigned legal entities.
• Collaborate with pension actuaries and internal teams on US GAAP defined‑benefit pension accounting.
• Support senior managers in other regions on global statutory reporting initiatives.
• Standardize data‑gathering, preparation, and audit execution processes within the Statutory Reporting CoE.
• Partner with Finance Hub teams, Corporate Development, Corporate Tax, Accounting Research, and audit service providers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience, including preparation of financial statements and external audit exposure.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and GAAP principles.
• Experience with defined‑benefit pension accounting and impairment processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
