Manager, Workplace Experience

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead the design and operation of its international office portfolio. Based in Dublin, you will oversee a distributed team that supports offices across EMEA and APAC, ensuring each location delivers a consistent, scalable, and culturally aligned employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop the international Workplace Experience team.
• Own day‑to‑day operations for offices in Dublin, London, Paris, Munich, Sydney, Singapore and future locations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Communications, and global Workplace Experience leaders to shape and scale the global workplace strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and local market requirements.
• Support expansion initiatives by evaluating new sites, establishing operational processes, and launching workplaces that reflect Klaviyo’s culture.
• Lead change‑management and employee readiness activities for the Dublin headquarters build‑out.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience in workplace or facilities operations.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance consistency and local adaptation.
• Excellent empathy, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of building scalable programs.
