Manufacturing Operator – GMP Production

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our GMP‑compliant production facility. You will operate manufacturing lines, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing lines efficiently according to SOPs to meet output targets.
• Clean equipment and work areas to GMP standards before use.
• Set up machines and equipment, perform in‑process testing, and monitor product condition during processing.
• Complete Batch Manufacturing Records and perform reconciliations as required.
• Report any problems or damage to the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain high GMP standards, good housekeeping, and inspect batches that do not meet quality criteria.
• Handle and store Controlled Drugs in line with security procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Use manufacturing support software such as MES, SAP, Trackwise, and Documentum.
• Identify process improvements and acquire new skills continuously.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work rotating shift patterns (4‑cycle, 24/7) and overtime as needed.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices; experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
• Strong team‑working abilities and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) proficiency.
• SAP experience.
• Trackwise familiarity.
• Documentum usage.
