Manufacturing Operator

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator in the Chemistry Consumables Department, you will help produce high‑quality Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) devices for pharmaceutical and environmental customers worldwide. The position works on a rotating two‑shift schedule in a supportive, learning‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and box SPE devices following defined processes.
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent output and quality.
• Generate documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices.
• Identify and suggest productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate level education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible work ethic and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to develop and grow within a manufacturing environment.
