Marketing Assistant Graduate – 12‑Month Internship

About the role

Join a global pharmaceutical leader as a Marketing Assistant Graduate on a 12‑month fixed‑term placement. Based in Elm Park, Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model (three days on‑site) supporting therapeutic area teams across oncology, immunology, neuroscience and cardiovascular portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Support and occasionally lead the development and delivery of brand activities and content aligned with disease‑area objectives.
• Coordinate internal processes (e.g., FUSE) and produce promotional and non‑promotional materials.
• Manage external funding arrangements, including approval and implementation of HIP processes.
• Oversee event agency relationships and ensure successful delivery of meetings and value‑transfer events.
• Assist with market research and insight‑gathering projects.
• Maintain matrix relationships with medical experts, sales and marketing professionals, and external agencies.
• Provide project and event management support for internal and external events.
• Coordinate contract agreements, payments, vendor requests and procurement activities.
• Handle general administration such as record management, trackers and field‑force material distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Degree (Science, Business, Marketing or related) obtained within the last two years from a UK or Irish university.
• Strong motivation to start a career in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
