Marketing & Campaign Lead

About the role

Lincoln Group is seeking a Marketing & Campaign Lead to own the day‑to‑day marketing function across its five specialist brands. Reporting to the Head of Innovation & Strategy, you will partner directly with recruitment consultants and care‑business leaders to turn marketing activity into qualified leads and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and business leaders to identify market opportunities and design campaigns that generate qualified leads and candidate flow.
• Own the group‑wide marketing calendar, translating brand goals into measurable campaigns.
• Lead content creation, social media (especially LinkedIn), thought‑leadership and brand consistency across five distinct brands.
• Plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, awards entries and client/candidate hosting to build relationships and pipeline.
• Manage the digital engine: SEO, on‑page optimisation, CMS publishing, segmented email newsletters and performance reporting.
• Design high‑quality collateral (brochures, decks, event assets) using Adobe, Canva or equivalent tools.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of marketing experience in recruitment, professional services, healthcare or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to work hands‑on, pick up the phone, attend events and translate marketing activity into commercial outcomes.
• Strong business‑partnering mindset with a focus on lead generation and pipeline development.

Required skills

• Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) or equivalent design tools.
• Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and on‑page optimisation.
• Content Management System (CMS) publishing.
• Email marketing and segmented newsletter creation.
• LinkedIn content strategy and social media management.
