Marketing & Communications Manager – UK & Ireland

About the role

Egis is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated campaigns across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you will shape brand perception, support commercial growth, and act as a strategic advisor to technical and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Advise technical and operations teams on campaign strategy and execution.
• Create compelling content and drive digital marketing improvements.
• Manage budgets, agency partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure campaigns align with regional and group initiatives.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
• Measure and report campaign effectiveness.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with commercial teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or professional services.
• Strong strategic, creative, and digital marketing capabilities.
• Proven experience managing campaigns, budgets, and junior staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
