Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will join Platinum Pilates & Physio’s Dublin team to drive brand awareness and support growth of its Reformer Pilates and physiotherapy services. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with studio and physiotherapy staff to deliver cohesive, results‑focused campaigns across digital and in‑studio channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content that reflects the brand voice.
• Draft and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, posters and digital assets.
• Support membership promotions, client retention initiatives and referral programmes.
• Assist in organising studio events, workshops and community activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars and track campaign performance metrics.
• Work closely with studio and physiotherapy teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in health, fitness or wellness and willingness to learn about Reformer Pilates and physiotherapy.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
• Basic experience with email marketing tools.
• Comfort updating website content and creating visual marketing materials.
