Marketing Coordinator – Limerick

About the role

H&MV Engineering is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join its Limerick office. You will support the delivery of marketing and communications activities that reinforce the global brand and drive business growth across the high‑voltage engineering sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
• Create and adapt content such as social posts, presentations, case studies, and newsletters while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity on LinkedIn and support website updates and performance reporting.
• Help coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, materials, and on‑site branding.
• Support internal and external communications, drafting announcements, project highlights, and employee stories.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns and business development.
• Track and report on marketing performance, gathering insights for future improvements.
• Liaise with business development, HR, operations, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
