Marketing Executive

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its Dublin Business Development & Marketing team. You will work closely with partners and colleagues to design and execute integrated marketing programmes that support the firm’s practice groups and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the objectives of the Dublin office and its practice groups.
• Deliver coordinated marketing activities aligned with business development plans.
• Collaborate with lawyers to produce thought‑leadership and profile‑raising content.
• Prepare internal communications and manage events, sponsorships, and client programmes.
• Develop and update marketing collateral, branded assets and merchandise.
• Work with the Digital & Creative Services team to create engaging digital content.
• Feed marketing‑generated opportunities into BD/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure best practice and consistency.
• Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns stay within financial limits.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Business or Marketing (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in professional, B2B or financial services marketing.
• High ethical standards and ability to work autonomously.
