About the role
The Marketing Manager will support Prosperous Financial’s growth by executing its marketing strategy across digital channels, social platforms and client‑engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, the role works closely with senior leadership and the founder to deliver campaigns that reinforce brand presence and drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop a forward‑looking marketing calendar and manage projects up to 12 months ahead.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Create and deliver engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and supports lead generation.
- Oversee website design, development and ongoing maintenance to ensure a user‑friendly experience.
- Enhance the client journey by streamlining booking and enquiry processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing initiatives with a consistent, high‑quality client experience.
