Marketing Manager – Hospitality (4‑Star Hotel & Restaurant)

About the role

Louis Fitzgerald Hotel Complex is looking for a creative, commercially‑focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across its 4‑star hotel, Joel’s Restaurant and the wider complex. You will design and execute campaigns that drive bookings, restaurant covers, events and overall brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan for the hotel complex.
• Create revenue‑driven campaigns to increase hotel bookings, restaurant covers, weddings, meetings and seasonal promotions.
• Build and maintain brand awareness across relevant channels.
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email, website content and paid advertising.
• Produce engaging content and promotional material that reflects the brand.
• Collaborate with hotel, restaurant, sales and operations teams to meet commercial targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing spend and ROI.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and innovative ideas to boost visibility and revenue.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel or restaurant environments.
• Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that drive revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing and brand management.
• Commercially aware, results‑driven and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business areas in a fast‑paced environment.
