Marketing Manager – Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Irish marketing strategy for JLA Group and its Brodericks brand. You will be responsible for shaping brand presence, driving demand, and supporting revenue growth across the Irish market.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and own the Irish marketing plan for both JLA and Brodericks brands.
• Drive sales through targeted marketing campaigns and ensure robust tracking and performance reporting.
• Develop a website content roadmap and manage all Irish‑market website content.
• Execute brand initiatives, demand‑generation activities, and digital performance optimisation.
• Produce content assets such as case studies, sector messaging, and campaign materials.
• Manage trade activities including awards, events, public relations and commercial presentations.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience with a deep understanding of the Irish market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable tone for varied audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a creative, media or fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and intranet platforms.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience.
