Marketing Manager – Ireland

About the role

JLA Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Irish marketing strategy for its JLA and Brodericks brands. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and delivering integrated communications across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and own the Irish marketing plan for both brands.
• Execute brand initiatives, demand‑generation campaigns and digital performance activities.
• Develop and manage website content, ensuring a clear content roadmap for the Irish market.
• Track campaign performance, produce regular reports and continuously optimise results.
• Produce content assets such as case studies, sector messaging and trade‑publication articles.
• Support trade activities, including awards, events, PR and commercial presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the Irish market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including interaction with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in fast‑paced commercial or creative environments.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and intranet platforms.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
