Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our fast‑growing sauna and wellness brand across Ireland. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, optimise our digital channels and act as the connective tissue for the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for new sauna locations, membership products, seasonal offers and B2B/Corporate initiatives.
• Translate CMO briefs into detailed campaign plans, set timelines, allocate budgets and coordinate creative, social, video and paid‑media resources.
• Run post‑campaign reviews to assess performance, capture learnings and iterate future tactics.
• Own email marketing – manage ESP, list health, segmentation, lifecycle automations and campaign sends.
• Optimise the booking website conversion rate by identifying leaks, briefing web changes and tracking results.
• Produce monthly performance reports covering channel metrics, campaign ROI, retention and paid efficiency.
• Maintain tagging and analytics setups to ensure accurate data collection.
• Facilitate daily brief‑in/brief‑out for the marketing team, run weekly meetings and keep the team calendar aligned.
• Handle partnership opportunities below a set threshold and execute paid‑media campaigns, managing budgets and reporting.
• Design and promote recurring community events, handling all communications, supplier coordination and post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and making optimisation decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to brief and collaborate with designers, content creators, videographers and ad specialists.
