About the role

The Senior Director, Sprite and Schweppes – Emerging Brands leads the global strategy for emerging brands built on Sprite and Schweppes, including Absolut and mixed‑brand initiatives across 15 markets. This senior marketing position sits at the crossroads of brand strategy, innovation, commercial execution, and system leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end global marketing strategy for Sprite and Schweppes emerging brands, from positioning to rollout.
• Drive business performance against volume, value and system growth targets through long‑range and annual planning.
• Steward brand positioning across communication, innovation, visuals, channels and pricing.
• Lead innovation strategy, covering new product development, packaging, channel expansion and future brand opportunities.
• Deploy Coca‑Cola’s marketing and commercial execution model at scale, emphasizing digital, data and AI adoption.
• Serve as primary global liaison with Integrated Marketing Experience and Innovation teams.
• Partner with global Sprite and Schweppes brand teams to ensure alignment of core and emerging strategies.
• Influence operating units, countries and bottlers to adopt global strategies while respecting local relevance.
• Manage external partner relationships, ensuring co‑brand alignment and value creation.
• Oversee performance management, track results, synthesize insights and adjust plans as needed.
