Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and strategic marketing initiatives for a leading construction and building contractor operating across Ireland and the UK. You will shape the company’s marketing strategy, drive engagement, and support high‑profile, multi‑million‑euro projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company‑wide marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, employer branding and internal communications.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, performance reporting and online community engagement.
• Oversee creation of marketing content, website updates, collateral, PR activities and SEO‑focused communications.
• Coordinate photography, videography, events and external marketing partners to meet business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role.
• Proven background in brand management, content creation, campaign delivery and corporate social media.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
