Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing and communications strategy. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners to boost brand awareness and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement the annual marketing plan, protecting and strengthening brand identity across all channels.
• Develop and manage internal communications that promote culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Create and execute a social media strategy, maintain content calendars, monitor performance with analytics tools, and engage online communities.
• Produce and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, ensuring SEO best practices.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and drone footage for campaigns and events.
• Plan and deliver internal and external events that drive business development and brand visibility.
• Conduct competitor and market research, benchmark activities, and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proven success in brand management, integrated campaigns, and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage corporate social media channels.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills.
