Marketing Manager (Logistics & Print Services)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing activities that promote Spectrum’s logistics and print management services. Based on‑site in Dublin, you will work closely with sales, operations and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create compelling content for the website, social media, email newsletters and print collateral.
• Manage and optimise social media, email marketing and website content management platforms.
• Track campaign performance, analyse metrics and produce regular reports to guide decision‑making.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors and oversee budget allocation.
• Support brand development, event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within logistics, supply chain or B2B services.
• Strong digital marketing background with experience in social media, email and website content.
• Ability to design and execute marketing strategies and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to varied audiences.
• Experience in brand management, event coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
