About the role
Stripe is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead the SMB and Mid‑Market segment across EMEA. You will translate global priorities into locally resonant programs, delivering data‑driven experiences that move prospects from exploration to long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for SMB and Mid‑Market, focusing on Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, accelerating pipeline through upsell and cross‑sell.
- Partner with Partner Marketing to launch co‑selling initiatives within partner and developer ecosystems.
- Develop full‑funnel marketing plans with digital and demand‑generation teams to secure high‑value deals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align account plans, ensure disciplined lead follow‑up, and act as a strategic partner.
- Work with demand generation and product marketing to create or localize compelling content and assets.
- Track, measure, and communicate program results to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Data‑driven marketer with a strong passion for working alongside regional sales teams.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive revenue growth.
- Experience shaping and executing marketing strategies for SMB and Mid‑Market segments.
