Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Deloitte’s Growth team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive visibility and strengthen client relationships. Working within the firm’s in‑house Marketing Agency, you will design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that support events, thought leadership, and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across events, digital, design and PR.
• Lead webinar and event logistics, including speaker briefs, target list development, collateral creation, registration and reporting.
• Develop and execute communication plans, drafting website copy, white papers, social media posts, videos and blogs.
• Promote global thought‑leadership content locally, matching the right audience at the right time.
• Conduct continuous market research and analysis to inform campaign strategy.

Required profile

• Significant B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Third‑level qualification in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience producing website copy, white papers and social content.
• Highly motivated, solutions‑focused and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with martech platforms such as Jupiter.
• Experience with Marketo.
