Maximo Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Maximo Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Maximo solutions for our clients. You will combine strategic functional design with hands‑on technical implementation to drive digital transformation in asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Define solution architecture and translate business needs into MX7.6.x/MAS designs, sizing and estimates.
• Lead discovery workshops, produce Functional and Technical Design Documents, and act as the technical/functional SPOC.
• Provide functional advisory on Work Management, Supply Chain, and Asset Life‑Cycle best practices.
• Design data schemas, reporting strategies (BIRT, Cognos, SQL‑based ETL) and act as data lead for migrations and data‑driven solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for large‑scale deployments, managing the system change lifecycle from development to production.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with IBM roadmap updates.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on Maximo experience, preferably in the utility sector.
• 5+ years in a client‑facing consulting role.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and familiarity with SDL and DevOps environments.
• Maximo certification is required.

Required skills

• Maximo MX7.6.x / MAS configuration and administration.
• SQL, REST API, Maximo Integration Framework.
• Automation scripting, Workflow Designer, and system configurations (DB, cron).
• BIRT, Cognos, and SQL‑based ETL processes for reporting and data migration.
