Lead AI Business Analyst

About the role

This strategic position in Global Programs & Operations leads business transformation through AI, automation, analytics and process innovation. You will translate business intent into precise system designs and own the full specification lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI proof‑of‑concepts, pilots and adoption initiatives.
• Mentor a multi‑skilled team in business analysis and AI.
• Identify, prioritize and develop AI use cases to improve performance and efficiency.
• Analyse processes and design future‑state workflows leveraging AI, automation and analytics.
• Establish standards, reusable artifacts and best practices for AI initiatives.
• Gather and document requirements, process flows, user stories and functional specifications.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders and vendors to evaluate and implement technology solutions.
• Design AI‑enabled dashboards, scorecards, chatbots and executive reporting solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Digital Transformation or related fields.
• Insurance domain expertise across at least two areas such as commercial lines policy administration, claims, specialty, reinsurance, financial reconciliation or regulatory reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience evaluating, implementing and leveraging AI technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with AI governance, training and adoption programs.

Required skills

• Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering and AI‑assisted content generation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Project management skills capable of driving complex engagements with multiple stakeholders.
