Mobile Service Technician (Dublin)

About the role

As a Mobile Service Technician you will travel to customers across Dublin in a fully equipped vehicle, delivering on‑site maintenance, repairs and upgrades for Tesla electric vehicles. You will be the face of Tesla’s service network, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for every owner you meet.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles using proprietary software and tools while on the road.
• Perform routine maintenance, part replacements, and software updates at customer locations.
• Inspect vehicles before return or delivery to guarantee first‑time fix quality.
• Manage parts inventory, schedule appointments and coordinate with regional service teams.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, safe operation and best‑practice maintenance.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair within automotive, aviation, marine or similar sectors.
• Relevant certification authorising you to perform vehicle repairs.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Valid European Class B driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work shifts and occasional service‑centre duties.
