Motor Vehicle Technician – MSL Škoda

About the role

We are expanding our Škoda after‑sales operation in North Dublin and are looking for fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technicians to join our busy workshop. The role involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing Škoda vehicles to the highest standards while supporting the growth of one of Ireland’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on Škoda vehicles.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet workshop productivity targets.
• Uphold health, safety and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with a current, valid driver’s licence.
• HV and Diagnostic certification are advantageous.
• Ability to work to exacting standards and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for automotive work.
