Motor Vehicle Technician – Potential OTE €60k+

About the role

MSL Motor Group is seeking fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technicians to join its new state‑of‑the‑art Mercedes‑Benz dealership in North Dublin. The role will initially be based at the MSL Service Centre and transition to the flagship dealership in Q3 2026, supporting a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance on Mercedes‑Benz vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and high‑voltage system faults using specialised diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts teams to deliver timely repairs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with a valid driver’s licence.
• HV (high‑voltage) and diagnostic certification are advantageous.
• Ability to work to exacting standards and follow detailed procedures.
• Flexible, diligent, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced workshop environment.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
