We are partnering with a well‑established accountancy practice in Kerry that is looking for a motivated Newly Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. This position offers a clear career path for an ACA/ACCA professional eager to develop within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality work and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage deadlines effectively while supporting and, when required, leading junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA newly qualified accountant with at least three years of Irish practice experience.
• Strong attention to detail and solid technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work well within a team.
• Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally and help businesses achieve their potential.
