Newly Qualified Accountant – Structured Finance (Shannon)

About the role

We are expanding our finance team in Shannon and are looking for a newly qualified accountant to join a fast‑evolving structured finance environment. You will gain exposure to complex aircraft leasing, asset‑backed securities and other structured finance transactions while developing deep technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial reporting, reconciliations and financial controls across multiple entities.
• Support and analyse complex structured finance and ABS transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior finance leaders in the aviation finance sector.
• Contribute to the expansion of the finance function and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Background in a Big 4 or Top 10 audit firm preferred.
• Experience or exposure to aircraft leasing, aviation finance or structured finance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ABS structures is an advantage.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with IFRS.
• Excellent analytical ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
