Night Porter – Hotel Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Night Porter and become an essential part of our friendly hospitality team. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced colleagues, with opportunities for internal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out as required and assist with luggage and porterage requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar areas, public and staff zones, and meeting rooms.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks and set‑up of function rooms, breakfast areas, and other spaces according to the nightly checklist.
• Keep the front entrance and exterior of the hotel tidy, including emptying bins and removing rubbish.
• Understand and follow hotel fire procedures to ensure safety for staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms as needed.

Required profile

• Experience working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
