Night Shift Production Team Lead

About the role

The company is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Lead to oversee manufacturing operations during the night shift. The role focuses on delivering safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets while fostering a high‑performing operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night‑shift production across IA and AU value streams, working autonomously within established procedures.
• Plan and prioritise work allocation to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Provide operational support and supervisory cover when required.
• Monitor and drive KPI performance through Tier 1 Daily Management activities.
• Identify and support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Foster a positive, engaged team environment and support onboarding and development of new employees.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulated operational environments.
• Ability to work independently and make effective operational decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
