Nighttime Customer Assistant – Galway Shopping Centre

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic night‑time Customer Assistants to join our team at the Galway Shopping Centre. In this role you will be the first point of contact for shoppers during the evening hours, helping them find products, answering queries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Maintain product availability and ensure items are presented in good condition.
• Keep the shop floor and back‑of‑house areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow department routines, company policies and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Support colleagues in other departments when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts.
• Adaptable and resilient to changing demands.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
