Nursery Teacher – Early Childhood Educator in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Teachers to join a growing early childhood education organisation in Dubai. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn and develop socially, emotionally and academically.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences that stimulate curiosity and development.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that supports children’s social, emotional and academic growth.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s progress, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates and supporting children’s learning journeys.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching qualification or licence.
• Previous experience in nursery, preschool or kindergarten settings.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years learning practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
