This position offers an experienced doctor the chance to move beyond routine clinical work into a strategic, leadership‑focused role within an expanding occupational health provider. You will serve a diverse client base across multiple industries while shaping service delivery and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality occupational health assessments and advisory services.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to clinical governance, service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation and support national‑level occupational health projects.

Required profile

• Registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) – essential.
• Relevant experience or training in occupational health.
• Ability to lead, mentor and influence clinical practice.
