Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic Office Manager to be the backbone of daily operations at our modern office furniture showroom in Swords. You will ensure smooth coordination of fit‑out teams, maintain a welcoming environment for staff and clients, and support senior management with administrative and financial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule daily timelines for on‑site fit‑out teams and allocate third‑party contractors.
• Monitor project progress to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain confidential staff records, attendance, leave, and onboarding schedules.
• Design, implement and maintain office policies and showroom presentation standards.
• Control supply requisitions, manage inventory for office and showroom items.
• Ensure the office, showroom, canteen and games area remain clean, functional and welcoming.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, organise project filing for the accounts team, and match supplier invoices to projects.
• Prepare regular operational reports and track budget expenses.
• Update social media channels to keep the digital community engaged.

Required profile

• Proactive multitasker with strong organisational abilities.
• Proven people and process management experience, including supervising staff and delegating tasks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
