Onboarding Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Onboarding Enablement Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for revenue teams across multiple sales roles. Based in Ireland, you will ensure new hires receive the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to ramp quickly and perform at a high level.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate onboarding curricula for SDRs, AEs, Field Sales and Expansion roles.
• Facilitate live onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track ramp progress and flag at‑risk new hires.
• Create standardized coaching frameworks and AI‑driven role‑play libraries to simulate real sales scenarios.
• Partner with Revenue leadership, People teams and enablement functions to align onboarding with broader performance goals.
• Support promotional readiness programs such as SDR‑to‑AE transitions.
• Administer LMS administration, including content assignment, user management and reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training or learning & development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver structured onboarding programs.
• Strong project‑management skills and the capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing onboarding metrics and translating insights into actions.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
