Onboarding Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a French‑speaking Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first 30–90 days on the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining project management, product expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure rapid time‑to‑value and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of new customers from post‑sale through successful go‑live, managing multiple onboarding journeys simultaneously.
• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned to each customer’s goals and use cases.
• Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, testing, and early performance optimization.
• Provide proactive 1:1 support on technical and non‑technical topics such as deliverability, campaign setup, and integrations.
• Track onboarding progress, ensure milestones are met, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Monitor health metrics to identify risks early and take corrective action.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless experience.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong project‑management and organizational skills with a track record of on‑time delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly.
