On‑Site IT Support Engineer – Dublin 13

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dublin 13. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering L1 and L2 support to staff, ensuring smooth daily IT operations and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software and application issues.
• Manage device deployment, upgrades and migrations across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms.
• Log, track and resolve incidents using ServiceNow, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Support cloud services, endpoint management and perform networking troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with colleagues, escalate complex problems and contribute to knowledge‑base articles and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience in desktop, server and cloud environments.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune and other cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
