Operating Principal

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Operating Principal to support the CEO and senior leadership on high‑impact initiatives. This senior problem‑solver will own multiple projects, driving business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of scalable processes and products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth and revenue opportunities across the business.
• Design, build, and optimise processes that can scale with Revolut’s rapid expansion.
• Lead and execute strategic company initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Required profile

• A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top‑tier university.
• 4+ years of experience in a top‑tier investment bank, private equity, strategy consultancy, or fast‑growing technology company.
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement in diverse areas.
• Experience working abroad or as an expatriate.
