Operations Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails and queries.
• Coordinate communication between departments to resolve customer requests promptly.
• Support processing of customer and dropship orders and monitor live orders for accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Assist with transportation bookings and freight coordination.
• Work closely with the Distribution Centre to support order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, operations support, customer service or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of tasks.
• Ability to prioritise work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
