Operations Associate – Finance (Hedge Fund & Multi‑Asset Exposure)

About the role

Tether is looking for an Operations Associate – Finance to join its global Finance team. The role supports the day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform, combining hedge‑fund and digital‑asset workflows. You will work remotely from Dublin while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trade operations and ensure accurate settlement across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, securities and digital‑asset positions.
• Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of process‑automation tools.
• Prepare operational reports for treasury and investment teams.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Interest in finance, hedge‑fund operations and digital‑asset markets.
