Operations Manager – Luxury Leisure Travel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Dublin‑based luxury leisure travel design team. This hands‑on position blends creative itinerary development with rigorous operational oversight, ensuring each client receives an unforgettable Irish experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a close‑knit team of travel designers, keeping programmes on schedule and standards high.
• Oversee the design, costing and delivery of bespoke, high‑end itineraries, ensuring accuracy and seamless booking execution.
• Collaborate with Finance to guarantee financial accuracy, compliance and reporting.
• Provide regular performance analytics from the CRM to inform strategy and operational decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers, nurture partner relationships and continuously improve processes to boost conversion rates.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen market positioning and identify new product opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a DMC or tour operator designing and operating experiential travel itineraries.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Deep knowledge of Ireland’s geography, culture and tourism landscape.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for reporting and analytics.
