Operations Manager – Restaurant Chain

About the role

Wagamama is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a growing portfolio of restaurants across Ireland. You will work closely with General Managers, drive performance, and help shape the future of the brand in new locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a patch of Wagamama restaurants, guiding General Managers and their teams.
• Create welcoming, energetic environments that reflect the brand’s purpose.
• Monitor service quality and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the property team to scout, evaluate and open new sites in cities such as Cork, Galway and additional Dublin locations.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure operational standards are consistently met.
