Operations Support Rep – Digital Transformation

About the role

This contract position supports a leading biopharmaceutical site in Cork as it moves from paper‑based warehouse processes to fully digital workflows. You will work closely with site SMEs to capture current practices and translate them into efficient digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and document existing paper‑based warehouse processes and forms.
• Translate processes into digital workflows using platforms such as SAP or Tulip.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, quick guides, and training material.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather user feedback to improve adoption.
• Drive document updates, routing, and on‑time approvals.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech operations, projects, or documentation.
• Strong GMP documentation and technical writing skills (SOPs, work instructions, training).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 4 visa).
