About the role

Jabil is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. The role involves operating equipment, inspecting components, and ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety policies.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform component inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Meet daily production targets while supporting quality and lean initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to the Quality Management System.
• Keep the work area clean and contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Participate in safety programs, observations, and training.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience (cGMP preferred).
• Experience in quality control or metrology is an advantage.
• Basic IT skills and strong numerical ability.
• Fluent English with good oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, committed and results‑oriented.
