Outbound Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Outbound Telesales Representative to join our growing team in South Dublin. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales of personal protective equipment and safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and goals.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Residency in Ireland and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using outbound call systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and CRM integration.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from €36,000 to €42,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) with open‑ended commission, expected total compensation of €50,000+.
