Paid Social Manager

About the role

The Paid Social Manager will support Core’s clients by planning, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms. Working closely with media planning and investment teams, the role ensures campaigns align with overall media strategies and deliver high‑performance results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of paid social campaigns, from setup to reporting.
• Use digital ad billing tools to manage invoicing between clients and suppliers.
• Monitor social trends, advertising formats and new platform features to improve performance.
• Provide timely performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with media planning, investment and client directors to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of digital buying experience, preferably in paid social.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with media and investment teams.
