Part-Time Legal Executive – Debt Recovery & Mortgage Litigation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading law firm to hire a part‑time Legal Executive to support its high‑volume Debt Recovery and Mortgage Litigation team. Working onsite three to four days a week, you will assist solicitors and senior legal executives from the initial instruction through to case completion, ensuring that all deadlines and court requirements are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal executives on debt recovery and mortgage litigation matters.
• Manage case files and documentation from initial instruction to final resolution.
• Coordinate court listings, liaise with counsel and relevant parties, and track case activity.
• Generate reports and updates as required, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume legal or case administration.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and accountable approach.
