About the role
We are seeking a part-time Office & Administrative Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership and multiple departments. The role is based in Dublin and offers 21 hours per week across three days.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate executive, project, housing and Health & Safety meetings, take minutes and track actions.
- Monitor shared inboxes and phone messages, ensuring timely responses.
- Arrange travel, events and front-of-house operations.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Services Team.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in administration or office support.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
