About the role

We are seeking a part-time Office & Administrative Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership and multiple departments. The role is based in Dublin and offers 21 hours per week across three days.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive, project, housing and Health & Safety meetings, take minutes and track actions.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and phone messages, ensuring timely responses.
  • Arrange travel, events and front-of-house operations.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Services Team.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in administration or office support.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
